Terms & Conditions

Owe Me One is a small, invite-only way to share favors with the people who matter. These terms keep things fair and clear. By using the app, you agree to them.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Another SaaS EOOD ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of Owe Me One ("the app", "the service"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

Owe Me One lets you build small, invite-only "favor shops" — places to give and redeem favors, rewards, and favor points within your own circle. Shops are accessible by invitation only; there is no public directory or search. We may add, change, or remove features over time to keep the service useful and secure.

3. Your account

You need an account to use the app. You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account. The service is not directed at children under 16, and you must be at least 16 to use it. Let us know promptly at hello@oweme.one if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

Please use Owe Me One respectfully. You agree not to: break the law or infringe others' rights; upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content; harass other members; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service; or use it to send spam. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these rules.

5. Owe Me One Plus (subscriptions)

Owe Me One Plus is an optional auto-renewable subscription. Where you purchase it through the App Store, billing is handled by Apple: payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation, and the subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The price and billing period are shown at the point of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Apple Account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it. Refunds are handled according to applicable law and the App Store's policies.

6. Your content and favor points

You keep ownership of the content you create (rewards, notes, images, and so on). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content as needed to run the service for you and your shop members. Favor points and similar in-app items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are only usable within the app.

7. Intellectual property

The app itself — including its name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Another SaaS EOOD and protected by copyright and other laws. Using our trademarks requires our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence or for damage to life, body, or health.

10. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or where required by law. You can delete your account in the app; we then remove your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing law and contact

Bulgarian law applies, and the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Sofia, Bulgaria, to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer law. Questions about these terms? Email us at hello@oweme.one.
